Artist's Description
St. Helena Island Lighthouse in the Straits of Mackinac, west of the Mackianc Bridge, was built in 1873 and it was automated in 1923. The 266 acre island is now the St. Helena Island Nature Preserve and these are the only structures remaining on the Island.
