Nice capture of the staff in the uniforms. Fort Mackinac looks like an interesting Fort to visit.

Artist's Description

Costumed members of the Fort Mackinac interpretive staff hurrying to perform on the parade ground on Independence Day, 2010. THey are dressed in the uniform of 1880's American soldiers from the period when Mackinac Island was the United States's 2nd National Park.

This photograph was taken with a Canon PowerShot SF20 IS set with lens aperture F/4, shutter speed 1/320 second and ISO-80.
