Thank you, Catherine. Although I have been to the island in the winter, this particular lighthouse is near the foot of the Mackinac Bridge in Mackinaw City.

Castle shaped Old Mackinac Point Light is one of the most photographed lighthouses in Michigan. Although it closed in 1957, it reopened to the public in June of 2004. It is just one block from the Mackinac Bridge in Mackinaw City, Michigan.
