Artist's Description
This was taken on Labor Day afternoon during a cruise on the tall ship, the Appledore V. We were the only passengers and helped work the sails. This was in the Straits of Mackinac and that is the 5 mile long Mackinac Bridge which we had walked across earlier in the day.
This photograph was taken with a Canon PowerShot SX20 IS with the lens aperture set to F/4, shutter speed of 1/1,000 second and ISO-80.
