Woodmanse Windmill metal print by Keith Stokes. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. This windmill is located on the grounds of the Mennonite Heritage and Agricultural Museum in Goessel, Kansas.
Woodmanse Steel windmills were manufactured by the Woodmanse Manufacturing Company in Freeport, Illinois. THey were built from the early 1890s and were available into the 1930s.
