The Round Island Light, also known as the "Old Round Island Point Lighthouse" is located on the west shore of Round Island in the shipping lanes of the Straits of Mackinac. Just a half mile from Mackinac Island, this lighthouse was seen in the movie "Somewhere in Time" with Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour.
