The Gage Park mini-train in Topeka, Kansas has been making memories since the 1960s. The narrow gauge train is next to Animaland and across from the Topeka Zoo. There is also Carousel in the Park, which was built in 1908 and houses a Wurlitzer style band organ.
The train was mentioned in the 1997 Stephen King novel "The Dark Tower IV: Wizard and Glass."
